Why is the AI Search Console still showing failures?

We simulate agent access to your site, but it's not an exact science. If your team reports that agents can access your site, you should be good.

As one final test, you can perform a branded search and ensure an answer appears in the corresponding AI models.

If we use Gusto as an example, you'd track something like "How does pricing work for Gusto?" in Knowatoa's Question Tracking.

From there, you'd review the brand's answers and ensure each AI model provides an answer that aligns with the brand's site content. You'd also want to see citations from the brand's pages in all the models we're tracking citations for (ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity, etc).
