How to Bulk Add Custom Questions
Have a list of questions you'd like to track across all LLMs in Knowatoa? Here's how to add them in bulk using the AI Search Ranking dashboard.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Navigate to the AI Search Rankings Section
From your Knowatoa dashboard, go to the AI Search Rankings area.
- Choose Any LLM Report (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Click on any available LLM — for example, ChatGPT.
You'll see an Add Questions button at the top of the report.
Note: Even if you select one specific LLM, any questions you add here will be applied across all LLM reports automatically.
- Enter Your Custom Questions
You can paste or type multiple questions into the field.
Example questions:
- What are the best WAFs for Rails applications?
- Can you compare WAFRIS to Cloudflare?
- Save Your Questions
- After entering your questions, click Save.
The system will rerun the reports and attempt to retrieve AI-generated answers for your newly added questions.
Additional Tips:
- Adding thoughtful, specific questions can improve the value of your ranking data.
If you don’t see results right away, give the report a moment to refresh.
Note: Only 10 questions can be added for the Account. For more tracked questions, consider our Paid Plans.
